GATHER
We begin our process in the Programming stage. this is where we get to know you and your unique needs. We feel it's crucial to give everyone a voice and therefore we have developed our own unique process including:
- Surveys - easy to complete online surveys tailored to you business designed to engage ALL of your team members. , ensure rich and relevant data to plan with
- Workshops - with key stakeholders to dig deeper into organizational, strategic and interdepartmental requirements.
- Site analysis and inventory - Our aim is to make the most of the physical space you have and the furniture assets you already own.
ANALYSE
Once we have sufficient data, we begin to analyze:
- Workspace settings - open vs. closed, new vs. existing
- Team adjacencies
- Square Footage analysis - now and future projections
- Hybrid scenarios
- Preliminary budget preparation
- General recommendations & needs analysis
PLAN
We are passionate about planning, and it shows! We start with a Block plan (sometimes referred to as a Feasibility plan or a Test fit). This high-level planning allows us to test out several planning scenarios without getting stuck in the weeds. This is usually the point of the project that we start to help our clients plan out a rough fit-out or phasing schedule. Once we have determined the best option, we add more detail and develop it into a fully detailed space plan.
DESIGN
This is the phase where we all get to have a bit of fun and bring your brand and culture to life and help you create a workspace that is supportive, helps your team be more productive and becomes a desired destination, helping to attract and retain! We use collaborative online planning tools that allow you to be as involved in the design process as you want to be. It also makes sharing with other consultants, contractors and collaborators so much easier.
